Orifice
plate flowmeter is a high range ratio differential pressure flow device
composed of a standard orifice plate and a multi-parameter differential
pressure transmitter (or differential pressure transmitter, temperature
transmitter, and pressure transmitter). The throttling device in the fluid flow
pipeline that is filled with the pipeline locally contracts near the throttling
component, increases the flow rate, and generates a static pressure difference
on both upstream and downstream sides (as shown in Figure 1). Under the
condition that relevant parameters are known, the relationship between
differential pressure and flow rate can be inferred d on the principle of
flow continuity and Bernoulli equation (the larger the flow rate, the greater
the pressure difference generated) to obtain the flow rate.

進(jìn)口孔板流量計(jì)原理及用途Principle and purpose
孔板流量計(jì)是將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)孔板與多參量差壓變送器(或差壓變送、溫度變送器及壓力變送器)配套組成的高量程比差壓流量,充滿(mǎn)管進(jìn)口孔板流量計(jì)原理及用途.jpg道的流體流程管道內(nèi)的節(jié)流裝置,在節(jié)流件附近邊成局部收縮,流速增加,在其上、下游兩側(cè)產(chǎn)生靜壓力差(如圖)。在已知有關(guān)參數(shù)的條件下,根據(jù)流動(dòng)連續(xù)件原理和伯努利方程可以推異出辨壓與流量之間的關(guān)系(流量愈大,所產(chǎn)生的壓差愈大)而求得流量。
