    全自動(dòng)真空斷路器是電力系統(tǒng)中普遍使用的高壓電器,其核心部件是真空滅弧室,由于滅弧室是以真空條件作為工作基礎(chǔ)的,所以它不象油開關(guān),SF6開關(guān)那樣容易檢測(cè)其質(zhì)量。傳統(tǒng)上,真空斷路器用戶判斷滅弧室真空度的方法是工頻耐壓法,這種方法只能粗略判斷真空度嚴(yán)重化的滅弧室。

    NAZKD真空開關(guān)真空度測(cè)試儀是真空滅弧室的真空度的鑒定設(shè)備,以單片計(jì)算機(jī)為主控單元,測(cè)試過程完全實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化。該儀器的采樣設(shè)計(jì)一改以往采用電流峰值做的方法,而采用離子電荷來做。這樣,有效地抑制了測(cè)試過程中瞬態(tài)電源的干擾,使測(cè)試更穩(wěn)定可靠。由于采用計(jì)算機(jī)為主控單元,該儀器能很方便地扣除由于環(huán)境因素產(chǎn)生的漏電電流。本儀器*突出的特點(diǎn)是:實(shí)現(xiàn)了真空滅弧室的免拆卸測(cè)量,直接顯示真空度值,使真空斷路器用戶詳細(xì)掌握滅弧室的真空狀態(tài),為有計(jì)劃地更換滅弧室提供了可靠的依據(jù),為電網(wǎng)的安全運(yùn)行提供了有力保障,克服了工頻耐壓法僅能判斷滅弧室是否報(bào)廢的缺陷。
