生化需氧量BOD的測(cè)定是水資源管理中重要的參數(shù),BOD既是評(píng)價(jià)水質(zhì)及廢水處理效果的重要指標(biāo),也是規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)廢水處理設(shè)備的重要依據(jù)。
呼吸法(壓力計(jì)法)是測(cè)量BOD的一種簡(jiǎn)單可靠的方法。OxiTop即是基于這一原理的BOD測(cè)量系統(tǒng),水樣中的微生物消耗氧氣，產(chǎn)生的CO2被NaOH吸收,在密閉的測(cè)量瓶中形成負(fù)壓, OxiTop通過測(cè)量壓力的變化直接讀出mg/l BOD測(cè)量值。shanlimei
